I created this Photo VCD in 2003 when my daughter, Romelyn, won 2nd Runner Up of that year’s DSWD Miss Daycare Pageant. I took a lot of photos that day and many of them are not in this video. The photos in this video were taken during their parade. With her is her escort, Neil Henry Chumacera, but they were not alone in the float. My wife, Dang, and Neil’s Dad were with them. I was on the street taking the photos. LOL!

I believe Romelyn was only 5 years old back then and her Day Care Teacher was Miss Divine (I forgot her last name).
The parade took a few hours but I think the kids enjoyed it because they weren’t complaining about anything. Romelyn and Neil were mostly chatting with each other as the parade moved on. Of course, the parents were enjoying it too. Who wouldn’t? Ha ha ha!
