    Exchange Gift

At around 12 midnight, we all woke up to welcome Christmas (Dang and I didn’t sleep). We started the new day by greeting each and everyone a Merry Christmas and then proceeded with our exchange gift. The exchange gift was Dang’s idea. Usually, we buy the kids their gifts but this year we draw lots of whom you’ll give your gift to. Kuya Ar-ar and Ate Aryan saved some money from their daily school allowance and used that to buy their gifts. Of course, Baby Rain wasn’t able to that so Dang bought him his gift for the exchange gift.

    Christmas Dinner

Dang prepared a simple dinner composed of spaghetti, lumpiang shanghai, soup and pansit with chocolate cake and ube for dessert. She also led the prayer and after that we all dug in. The kids went back to sleep after dinner. Well, not exactly after dinner they stayed up for 30 minutes and then went to sleep. They went to bed excited of the coming morning.

    Christmas Morning

The kids woke up early that same morning and I think at around 7 or 8 am they were already dressed and ready to go out and visit their Ninongs and Ninangs although they don’t go to all of them, just the ones that are near our place. Of course, they had their breakfast first before they left and they didn’t leave alone, Dang was always with them.

    Santa’s Gifts

It’s been a yearly family tradition to give the kids gifts that supposedly came from Santa Claus. Ate Aryan and Baby Rain still believe that there is a Santa Claus but not Kuya. He already knows that there’s no real Santa Claus but eventhough he knows that already he still wants to receive a gift from Santa so we still buys him one. LOL!
