    Counter-Strike @ Four

    My youngest son, Rain, is only four years old but he can already play Counter-Strike. Before, he was only playing browser-based flash games and my wife was always assisting him specially in booting the computer, running Firefox and loading their favorite flash games website. He is also sometimes assisted by his older brother and sister but in a short period of time, he began to boot the computer by himself, run Firefox and load the website. His mouse skills also improved greatly and he learned which buttons or letters to press to operate the computer or the program he’s running. (more…)

    The kids woke up very early that day so we decided to head on over to Sampalok Lake. Sampalok Lake is really the only place worth going to in San Pablo City specially that early in the morning (around 6:00am).

    Sampalok Lake is also a favorite place of health conscious people. They come here everyday to jog and exercise. A free aerobics class is also held at Doña Leonila Park every week. (more…)

    Exchange Gift

    At around 12 midnight, we all woke up to welcome Christmas (Dang and I didn’t sleep). We started the new day by greeting each and everyone a Merry Christmas and then proceeded with our exchange gift. The exchange gift was Dang’s idea. Usually, we buy the kids their gifts but this year we draw lots of whom you’ll give your gift to. Kuya Ar-ar and Ate Aryan saved some money from their daily school allowance and used that to buy their gifts. Of course, Baby Rain wasn’t able to that so Dang bought him his gift for the exchange gift. (more…)
