Since my last client was a total bust for not paying a fair price for the work done, Christmas this year will be a little different. I’ve already made plans with the money I thought I was going to get like buy the kids some new clothes and gifts but, I guess, that won’t happen anymore.
Oh well, there’s nothing more we can do but move on. My kids are very understanding and they’re not materialistic. My wife and I are so blessed for having kids that are mature for their age. They know that our financial situation is not what it used to be and they’ve adapted to it.
We won’t be doing any Christmas shopping this year but that won’t stop us from having fun this Christmas, Christmas is our most favorite day of the year (next to our birthdays, LOL). Our Christmas Tree is up and our Christmas Lanterns are lit. A few more decorations and some Christmas lights and we are ready for the big day!
